March, March, March,  what can I say except what a ride.  So much stress coupled with what seems to be an endless winter (yes it is April 15th and still snowing) meant much of the house progress has come to a grinding halt. March started with a giant push to get the town house ready for renting.  It meant a stupid amount of late nights, and my husband was MIA (He was laying a floor by himself for nearly two weeks after work, let it be said he’s a total rock star.)  Then there was LJs birthday and party, which meant cake making and party prep and finally the day after his party there was the tonsillectomy which had us all pretty miserable for 2 weeks. And then the weather!! We have been trying to get to grips with the wilderness that is the back yard, but every time I get started it snows, so I have a bunch of half finished projects inside and outside the house now!

The consequence of all of this is I totally dropped off the radar with friends and family as we tried to just hunker down and get through, today was the first day I felt remotely relaxed (It was short lived, there is a snow storm coming through and we still haven’t rented out the town house, so you know, there’s that to worry about…)

But hey,

Here are some pretty pictures from the month, cause there is always something to smile about. 🙂
